psGive and urban farm
Back to the Roots have partnered for a charity drive timed for the holidays to benefit national service corps
City Hall Fellows. Participants in the campaign can
win one of the new BTTR Home Aquaponics Gardensby engaging in conversation online about the organizations and the Kickstarter campaign funding this latest product. The promotion will run until December 12 at 4:00 pm Eastern time.
The campaign will directly benefit San Francisco based City Hall Fellows, which provides training and job opportunities for recent college graduates who express a passion for serving their local communities. By joining the conversation via psGive, supporters both earn a chance to win the self-cleaning, food-producing fish tank while also helping spread awareness of a great local cause with a powerful impact.
“We love the work that City Hall Fellows is doing to inspire involvement in our local government,” says Back to the Roots co-founder Nikhil Arora. “Their fellows have piloted groundbreaking programs to help development of green energy technology and saved our fellow taxpayers millions of dollars without service cuts!”
Participants in the joint campaign can earn tokens that will allow them to compete to win an Aquaponics Garden Kit from Back to the Roots. Tokens can be earned by engaging in activities such as tweeting and posting videos,, which can in turn be redeemed for additional chances to compete for the Aquaponics Garden Kit.
